Reclaimed Loft transforms a 1918 Jersey City factory once home to the Hamilton Watch Company—now part of Swatch—into a contemporary dwelling that celebrates material renewal.

The design draws on the city’s industrial legacy, sourcing reclaimed shipping pallet lumber from the local port and salvaged steel to craft a space that bridges craftsmanship and sustainability.
